Miller Gaffney ’02 and Carol Lee Pryor Brosseau ('03) host "Art Breakers," which premieres Sunday evening on Ovation the cable channel. It is a look at their lives as art brokers who help connect collectors, artists and buyers. They produced four episodes which will air throughout October, starting Sunday, Oct. 4th at 7 pm Central. Ovation has a subscriber base of nearly 50 million. The Ovation Network Digital Arts network champions artists. They hope to be granted the green signal soon to begin filming more. I took a lot of my classes in my major under Dr. Pope, and traveled with her to Paris and Chicago to learn about art. It was a wonderful opportunity to study the art of her. I can remember her saying that art history is a massive puzzle and that we must always look for the right pieces. My dad was the owner of the car dealership, which meant that I had to work there each summer. I worked as a mechanic assistant one summer performing oil changes and brakes.
